First owner setup

Use an existing dealer group liq_ key (from dealers.api_key). Sign in with email + password, then call bootstrap_owner. Only works if no account_owner exists yet for that group.

2. Bootstrap owner

Requires signed-in JWT + group dealer key. Phone / display name optional.

Sent as x-dealer-key / body dealer_key.

Flow notes

Create / locate the dealer row elsewhere (Relay / SQL). Do not invent dealers from this UI. After bootstrap, invite managers/SPs from /app/, issue personal posting keys, and paste into the Chrome extension. Privileged writes go only through lister-admin.
