Who we are

ListedIQ Marketplace Lister

ListedIQ Marketplace Lister (“the Extension”) helps authorized RV dealers fill Facebook Marketplace vehicle listing forms using inventory provided through ListedIQ.

What data the Extension handles

On your device only

Stored in chrome.storage.local (not hardcoded in the package):

• Settings you enter: ListedIQ dealer key (liq_…), optional dealer location text, optional OpenRouter API key, dry-run preference, daily post cap, and timing preferences
• Cached group / store selection used for multi-rooftop inventory browsing
• Local posting status / counters used to enforce the daily cap and show progress in the side panel

Not stored by the Extension

• Facebook email or password — the Extension does not collect or store Facebook login credentials
• Facebook session: the Extension uses your existing Chrome login to facebook.com (for example to confirm you are signed in). It does not sell cookie data
• Supabase service_role keys — never enter or ship a service_role key in the Extension
• Supabase project URL / anon (publishable) keys — salespeople do not enter these in Settings (key-only login)

Data sent over the network

When you use the Extension, your browser may send requests to:

• Facebook (facebook.com) — to open Marketplace pages and fill listing forms/photos using your own session
• ListedIQ inventory gateway on Supabase Edge Functions (*.supabase.co/functions/v1/lister-gateway) — using your dealer key (liq_…) to load your dealer group, stores (rooftops), and inventory, and (when dry-run is off) to mark a unit posted
• OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — only if you provide an OpenRouter key, for optional vehicle field normalization (cars; RVs typically skip)
• RV One Data (rvonedata.com) — when listing-related fetches require that host (for example inventory/image-related URLs)

We do not operate a separate ListedIQ “phone-home” analytics backend inside this Extension beyond those user-configured or Marketplace flows.

Dry-run default

Publish is opt-in

Dry-run is on by default. In dry-run mode the Extension may fill the Marketplace form and photos but does not click Publish. Turning dry-run off is your choice and may create real Marketplace listings under your Facebook account.

How we use data

Purpose-limited

Data handled by the Extension is used only to:

• Load inventory you are authorized to list
• Assist filling Marketplace forms
• Remember your Settings and local post status on your device

Sale of data

We do not sell your personal information or API keys.

Sharing

The Extension does not share your Settings with third parties for advertising. Network calls go to the services you use for listing (Facebook, the ListedIQ gateway on Supabase, and optionally OpenRouter / RV One Data as described above), subject to those providers’ own policies.

Security

Dealer keys and optional API keys remain in local extension storage on your computer. Protect your Chrome profile and do not share screenshots of Settings that include secrets. Never use a Supabase service_role key in the Extension.

Children’s privacy

The Extension is intended for business/dealer use by adults, not for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when the Extension’s behavior changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
