Before you start

What you need

Google Chrome on a computer
A Facebook account already signed in to Chrome (the one your dealership uses for Marketplace)
Your ListedIQ dealer key from your manager — it starts with liq_

You never enter a Facebook password into ListedIQ. You don’t need any other technical credentials in the extension.

Five steps

Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the Marketplace Lister listing and click Add to Chrome.

Opens the Chrome Web Store listing for ListedIQ Marketplace Lister.
Open the side panel on Facebook Marketplace
Keep a facebook.com tab open (Marketplace is ideal). Click the ListedIQ Marketplace Lister extension icon — Chrome opens the side panel. If status says “Open Facebook in a tab to use this extension,” switch back to that Facebook tab and try again.
Paste your dealer key only
Open Settings (gear). In Dealer key, paste your key (placeholder liq_…), then click Save. The field stays masked (dots) so screenshots are safer.
Do not paste anything else (no Facebook passwords, no other technical credentials).
Pick your store (if you have more than one)
Use the Store picker in the side panel. Choose the location you’re listing for. You can also use Search all stores (stock #, make, or model). Inventory on screen should match that store.
Dry-run first — don’t publish until you mean it
Dry-run is on by default. You’ll see a Dry-run badge. In Settings the checkbox reads: Dry-run (fill form + photos, do not Publish). Per-unit buttons say Dry-run (not Post) while it’s on — practice fills the listing so you can review it, but does not publish. Only turn dry-run off in Settings when you are ready to post for real.

Quick checks

Wrong inventory? Confirm the Store picker matches your location.
Empty list? Ask your manager to confirm your liq_ key and that inventory is loaded for that store.
Key rejected? Copy the key again carefully — no spaces before/after — then Save.
Never share screenshots of Settings that show a full key.
